Bridge cranes

Single girder top running cranes

Crane, whose bridge consists of one main beam and two front carriers. The bridge rests directly on the overhead crane rail track by running carts. The load-handling device is most often a hook.

Single girder under running cranes

Crane, whose bridge consists of one main beam and two front carriers. The bridge is suspended on the lower belt of the crane rail track by means of running carts. The load-handling device is most often a hook.

Double girder top running cranes

Crane, whose bridge consists of two main beam and two front carriers. The bridge rests directly on the overhead crane rail track by running carts. The load-handling devices may be a hook, grapple, magnet or other specialized load-handling device.

Double girder under running cranes

Crane, whose bridge consists of two main beam and two front carriers. The bridge is suspended on the lower belt of the crane rail track by means of running carts. The load-handling device may be a hook, grapple, magnet or other specialized load-handling appliance.

Gantry cranes

Cantilever cranes

Single girder gantry cranes

A crane whose bridge has one main beam. The bridge rests on the crane rail track by means of two supporting stands (legs) from one end and two from the other. The load-handling device may be a hook or other specialized load-handling appliance.

Double girder gantry cranes

A crane whose bridge has two main beams. The bridge rests on the crane rail track by means of two supporting stands (legs) from one end and two from the other. The load-handling device may be a hook or other specialized load-handling appliance.

Cantilever crane on column

Jib type crane, which is able to rotate around a column, the base of which is fixed to foundation, or is attached to a column, which rotates in a support bearing located in the foundation. The load-handling device of the crane is suspended on a trolley.

Cantilever crane wall-mounted

Jib type crane, which is fixed to an wall. The load-handling device is suspended on a trolley moving on a console.

Monorails

The monorail is a cheap alternative to a bridge crane, consisting of one beam and a hoist. It can be incorporated into an existing building or on a specially designed for it metal structure. It is mainly used in cases where repeated movement of loads from one point to another is required, in a limited area.

Replaceable load-handling appliances

Replaceable load-handling appliances are lifting devices which can be mounted directly or indirectly on the hook or on any other coupling device of a crane, winch or hand-operated manipulator without causing modification in the crane, the hoist or the manually operated manipulator.

Electric hoists

The electric hoist is a hanging electro-mechanical lifting and transporting device. It provides significant speed for lifting and moving the load, running on a metal T-shape beam, with its hook hanging on a metal rope or a chain.

Our designers are ready to consult future customers when choosing the most suitable lifting equipment in accordance with their needs.
Our design experience, combined with the use of modern software (CAD and CAE systems) allows us to develop projects of great complexity and requiring non-standard thinking.
The use of modern materials and equipment from leading global companies allows for the realization of personal design, covering as much as possible the specific requirements of the end user.
Depending on the needs of our clients, our projects are developed in strict accordance with European or Russian norms and standards in the field of load lifting equipment.
